Our hostel in Puerta del Sol is near all important places in the center of Madrid and the Palacio Real, El Campo del Moro, Debod Temple, shopping streets like Preciados, Fuencarral and El Carmen, Statue of la Cibeles, Paseo de la Castellana, Gran Vía and even the trendiest area of Madrid: La Latina, where not only can make the best ‘canes and caps’ in the center of Madrid but visit the Rastro of Madrid in the area of Lavapies.

Hostal Tineo is located in the Calle de la Victoria 6 Madrid, just a few steps from the Puerta del Sol in Madrid center.
The Madrid-Barajas Airport is 13 miles northeast of the city. You can reach the hostel from there by taxi, costing approximately 30 euros, or you can get the Metro to Sol station.

Bus: Bus Airport Express leaves the terminals every 20 minutes. It’s fast and comfortable, with space for luggage. It takes 20-25 minutes. You can stop off at the Atocha station or Cibeles. From Atocha you can walk in 20 minutes or take the metro to Sol (line 1). From Cibeles you can walk in 15 minutes or take buses 15 or 53 to the Puerta del Sol. The cost of bus ticket “Airport Express” 2 € and single ticket for metro or bus 1 €.
By train: Atocha station is 1.5 km from the hostel, then you should take the subway, bus or taxi to get to our hostel. If you want to walk the journey time is 20 minutes.
